As a group for moms (with kids newborn to entering college), our purpose is to encourage, equip and develop every mother to realize her God-given potential as a woman, mother and leader in an environment where she feels loved and valued.
Our meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month (Sept - May). During the meeting, your children (newborn - 5th grade) will be lovingly cared for in our MOPPETS program by workers who are all screened and background checked. In addition, we offer a Mom s Night Out and a Family Fun event each month. Check out our calendar for details of each event.
The Steering Team has created programming that will help you recharge and refresh each month. Throughout the year, we will be exploring different ways to embrace this adventure of motherhood together with various tips from speakers and Mentor Moms, and the support of each other in our discussion groups. At MOPS & BEYOND, you will find many other women who are experiencing the same challenges that you are. New friendships and smart approaches to tackling the challenges of motherhood are waiting for you.
MOPS & BEYOND is a great place to meet new friends and reconnect with old ones, but the BEST way to build relationships at MOPS & BEYOND is to get more involved through service. We have many opportunities for you to share your gifts and talents with us, and we would love to get you plugged in. Whether you can contribute ten minutes before or after a meeting, or a few hours during the week - we can really use your help. Please contact us to check out opportunities available to you.
To register, you can complete a registration form and submit a check (payable to MOPS MCC) or cash for dues at your next meeting. If you will be using childcare, you should also complete a for your child(ren). We have an annual fee of $20 to help offset the cost of speakers, creative activities, and outreach. Additionally, MOPS International Memberships are available for purchase for moms with children aged newborn - Kindergarten.
